Joker Rock Band’s live cover version of Pink Floyd’s Time is inexplicably one of the amazing performances of the classic song ever performed by a band other than Pink Floyd. From the opening moments of the performance, one would by no means know they weren’t listening to Pink Floyd. As the sound of the clocks fade away , the drum fills, and electric guitar licks reproduce in almost exact fashion the introduction to Time. It’s only the keyboards that appear to augment the original opening lines. From the lead vocals to the instrumentation, They are nailing Pink Floyd’s “Time,” in alarming fashion.
Fun Facts: This song tells us how time slips through our fingers, and we don’t even know how or when it did. At first, we don’t seem to care. But as we grow older, we begin to resent the time we wasted, and wish we could do more with it. Long story short, it justifies the phrase “Time is money”.
Though David Gilmour is really the only one we want to hear sing this track, Joker Rock Band do an incredible job with spectacular talent, technique and professionalism. Enjoy this and share their talent!
